Quality Appraisal

During the Fair of Food and Beverages, expert Committees will appraise on site the quality of fresh fruit, table grapes and vegetables, as well as the quality of health food made of cereals and flour. In the segment of products made of cereals and flour they will assess baked and patisserie products, readymade mixtures and stocks for products, as well as pasta and other products.
